Creating meaningful connections, seamlessly

ABOUT

Rooted in London and now thriving in Warsaw, Oneness UP champions the power of workplace connections. Our name stands for "Uniting People" while also symbolising growth through unity—because when employees build strong relationships, both individuals and organisations thrive. We are dedicated to forging meaningful and lasting bonds between employees, helping organisations create environments where people engage, thrive, and stay.

By blending global insights with deep local expertise, we empower teams to build stronger interpersonal relationships. Our evidence-based workshops and tailored strategies enhance engagement, boost retention, and foster a culture of collaboration—strengthening the core of your organisation. Our signature program, 'Workplace Connections: The Productivity Foundation,' addresses the growing challenge of employee loneliness by cultivating belonging, improving engagement, and driving measurable productivity outcomes. It equips employees with essential relational skills—effective communication, empathy, and constructive feedback—to build deeper connections that directly enhance workplace productivity. Through our dynamic workshops, teams learn how to foster a culture of trust, strengthen workplace relationships, and create efficient, connected workplaces where productivity thrives.

Employee loneliness is one of the biggest business risks of our time.

Employee loneliness stops being only a wellbeing challenge and becomes also a business challenge as it negatively affects multiple business priorities such as employee engagement and productivity.

of workers aged 18-25 say they feel lonely when they are working.

more likely to struggle with productivity, 1.5 times more likely to be disengaged, lonely employees face significant workplace challenges.

is what workplace loneliness costs employers annually in stress-related absenteeism alone.

Common Strategies to Overcome It Are Insufficient

Return-to-office policies

Working in front of a screen weakens bonds with colleagues, even in the same office. There is evidence saying five days in the office or just two days in the office makes no difference when it comes to level of loneliness.

Fun activities outside of work

Fun activities outside of work tend to solidify pre-existing social groups in the workplace. Research suggests people at a mixer tend to spend time talking to the few other people they already know well.

Psychological support programs

Wellbeing programs show commitment but don’t always improve workplace relationships.  Recent study found no mental health difference between participants and non-participants.

Testimonials

Iga is a natural connector. Whether she's facilitating discussions on communication and belonging in a hybrid workplace, coordinating in-office days and activities, or promoting overall team wellness and fun, Iga finds creative and thoughtful ways to bring people together for healthier mind, body and spirit. She is results-focused, works well on a team, and is an original thinker on how to engage individuals and groups towards common goals. Importantly, Iga is also not afraid to try new things, experiment, and learn by doing, which leads to better and faster outcomes.

Aaron Kloch, London, UK

Iga's skills in leading client interviews enabled her to successful identify progressive solutions for us to anchor around, and her knowledge expertise in where the future of work is headed ensured the insights we provided were both actionable and achievable for clients of all maturity levels. On what was a particularly challenging topic with little existing research (as is any research project we tackle on the Future of Work team), Iga's leadership skills fostered an environment of learning, strategic planning and critical thinking skills. Additionally, she created an inclusive and supportive environment that was pivotal in maintaining the team's engagement and morale over the many months we worked on this one project together.

Maggie Shroeder-O'Neal, Pittsburgh, US

I had the opportunity to work with Iga on a critical workstream which she was leading.

Iga has a wonderful way of making the other person in the conversation feel very comfortable. It was very evident in all the client calls we took, team meetings and all our 1:1 interactions. This helped us in fostering open discussions and identifying key problems to solve.

I’m really glad I was able to be on those calls with her and learn from her. It's something I hope to do in all my interactions with other folks moving forward.
